MANUFACTURED BUILDING

Regional Building Department issues permits and performs inspections of Commercial and Residential Manufactured Housing on permanent and temporary sets, private and park land. Manufactured housing permits and inspections are regulated by Regional Building Department to ensure compliance with the standards set forth by the state of Colorado in CRS 24-32-3301.  Manufactured housing installers must have a Mechanical D License or Building Contractor A or B License issued by Regional Building Department and be registered with the state of Colorado.
