Change of Use: If this remodel is changing the Occupancy type, check Change of Use.

Construction Type: The defines a list of Types used in the Building Valuation Data (BVD) table. Commercial valuation is based on the type of construction and the occupancy type.

Occupancies: In the Occupancy table enter one row for each type of occupancy in the building (e.g. Business, Educational, Factory, etc.) and the total area for that occupancy.

Area: Enter entire area of the remodel or addition (in square ft.)
