PROPOSED 2023 Pikes Peak Regional Building Code (PPRBC)
PPRBD will be adopting the 2023 Pikes Peak Regional Building Code (PPRBC). The 2023 PPRBC will adopt by reference the 2021 ICC codes listed below. The Regional Building Department welcomes your input by public comment on the proposed draft amendments. Please use the link below to comment on the proposed draft amendments and/or submit your own amendments for review. Upon completion of public comment periods and board approval, the 2023 PPRBC will be submitted to each jurisdiction for approval. Once approved, we will formally adopt the 2023 PPRBC.
